We do not sell your personal data. However, to fulfill our service, we must share specific data with:

• Music Stores & Streaming Platforms: We send your audio, artwork, and metadata to platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music) so your music can be published.
• Payment Processors: To process your earnings and payouts securely.
• Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect against copyright infringement claims and fraudulent activities.

Please note that deleting your account will result in the removal of your music from all streaming platforms, subject to the mandatory 1-year content lock as outlined in our Terms of Service and Distribution Agreement.
