Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the Tune X Music Distribution services. By signing up and uploading your music, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Grant of Rights

You grant Tune X Music Distribution the non-exclusive right to sell, copy, distribute, and stream your music on digital services (such as Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, YouTube, etc.) worldwide. "Non-exclusive" means you are free to distribute other songs with other distributors, but you cannot distribute the same release with another distributor at the same time.

2. Copyright & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of your master recordings, compositions, and artwork. Tune X Music does not claim any ownership of your content. You are simply giving us permission to distribute it on your behalf.

3. Prohibited Content

You must own or have the legal right to upload the music. We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Copyright Infringement: Uploading songs, beats, or samples you do not own.
• Fake Artists: Uploading content under the name of a famous artist to gain clicks.
• Artificial Streaming: Using bots or click-farms to fake your stream count. This will result in an immediate ban and forfeiture of royalties.

4. Royalties & Payouts

We collect revenue from stores and pay it to you according to your plan:

• Lebel Plan: You receive 80% of the net royalties. Tune X retains 20% as a service fee.
• White-Lebel Plan: You receive 90% of the net royalties.

Payouts are processed quaterly. You may withdraw your earnings once they reach the minimum threshold of ₹1000 (or €10) via Bank Transfer or UPI.

5. Takedowns & Refunds

You cannot request to remove (takedown) or transfer your music from Tune X Music during Agreement Periods. Agreement fees for Plans are non-refundable once the service has started.

6. Liability & Indemnification

Tune X Music is not responsible for any third-party claims against your music. If we are sued because you uploaded copyrighted material without permission, you agree to cover all legal costs and damages.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
